- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The expectations set were not met. Our taxes are not overly complicated. We own a house, my husband goes to school and we have a few stocks. The tax preparation that should have cost around $250 Kittredge & Zehner charged us $423. We were told over the phone that the tax preparation would cost what normal tax prep costs (between $150 and $250) and were not told about a meeting fee (which we were charged). We feel we were taken advantage of and would not recommend this firm to anyone.By D R, January 07, 2017
